About these services

Avia Loom operates this platform and builds aviation directories, learning content, interactive tools and software experiences. These terms apply to avialoom.com. For service, privacy or rights questions, contact the Avia Loom team at [email protected]. The contact page explains what to include.

Use the platform responsibly

Use the platform only where you are permitted to do so. Do not attempt to access another person's private data, bypass limits, distribute malware, misrepresent your identity or publish unlawful or infringing material. Automated abuse and attempts to disrupt the service are prohibited. We may restrict abusive activity to protect the platform and its users.

Accounts and access

Keep passwords, session access, private sharing links and Labs management keys secure. Do not share account credentials. Email verification and automatic password reset are not available in this release; support cannot reveal or bypass a password. Account assistance requires evidence of control and may not recover lost local work or lost management keys.

Your content and sharing

You retain your rights in files and content you provide. You must have permission to upload, process and share them. You authorize the processing, storage and delivery needed for the specific features you choose. Public Labs pages can be read by anyone with their URL; shared PDF links allow their holders to access the file until expiry or revocation. Review the privacy notice and each workspace's processing information before submitting content.

Tools, AI and aviation limitations

Check every calculation, generated file, translation, summary and AI answer before relying on it. Conversion may change formatting or omit unsupported features. Aviation lessons, simulations and calculators are educational or illustrative; they are not certified flight instruction, an operational weather briefing, navigation guidance, maintenance approval or a substitute for official documents and qualified professional judgment.

Directory information and external links

Coverage varies. Listings, locations and external information may be incomplete or change after review. A listing does not establish approval, endorsement, regulatory status or a commercial relationship. Confirm suitability and current details directly with the provider and relevant authority. Third-party sites have their own terms and privacy practices.

Availability, limits and previews

Features may be in development, limited by format or quota, interrupted or changed. Status and limitations shown within a workspace form part of its description. Keep independent copies of important files. No paid subscription or purchase is created simply by browsing this site. Any future paid offer will identify its price and conditions separately.

Brand and third-party materials

Avia Loom branding and original site materials remain with their respective rights holders. Access does not transfer ownership. Third-party names and logos identify their owners; do not assume endorsement. Report a rights concern through the contact page with the exact URL and evidence of your authority. Locally distributed libraries retain their third-party license notices.

Changes and applicable rights

We may update these terms and will display the updated date here. These terms do not remove rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded. If you do not agree to the terms, do not use the services.
