Help us reproduce the issue
Include the page URL, tool name, browser/device, steps you followed and the error shown. A screenshot with personal details hidden can help. Never email passwords, verification codes, private access tokens or confidential source documents.
Accounts and lost access
Use the sign-in method you originally chose. Email verification and automatic password reset are not available yet. Support can investigate after verifying account control but cannot reveal passwords, bypass Google security or promise recovery of lost browser-local data or management keys.
Directory corrections and content rights
Include the exact listing/content URL, the proposed correction and an official supporting source. For a rights concern, identify the material and provide evidence that you can act for the rights holder.
Privacy and deletion
Use your dashboard to delete private Office workflows, or Labs owner controls to delete published pages/entries. For account removal, identify your account email and any related published URLs. We will verify control before changing private records. Read Privacy & data for processing details.
Availability and urgent aviation matters
Check service status for current API availability. This support channel is not monitored as an emergency or operational aviation service. Contact the appropriate emergency service, operator or aviation authority for urgent safety matters.
